Coming to Whistler for the 2005/6 season? Want to improve
your snowboarding? Well here is the perfect opportunity
for you.
This winter Seasonaires will be running a series of
Snowboard camps aimed at improving your riding. The
5-day camps specialise in either freeride or freestyle
with 2 levels to cater for different abilities and to
offer a progression throughout the season as snowboarding
skills develop.
The format for each camp will be exactly the same:
an evening session on Sunday will be used to set some
riding goals for the week, discuss safety issues and
meeting times. 5 days of riding with 3-hours of intensive
coaching per day will follow. A maximum ratio of 6 riders
per coach will ensure you get the most out of these
sessions with high quality personal feedback. A MiniDV
video camera will be used for immediate video-analysis
on the hill with playback sessions in the evenings.
Still images in jpeg format will be collected throughout
the camp and made available to each rider at the end
of the week. Each camp will culminate in a get-together
at a local bar to relax, and unwind after a tough week
on the slopes!
Cost:
The camps are offered at a discounted rate if purchased
prior to leaving the UK. The discounted cost of each
5-day camp is GBP £195
If booking in Canada the cost of each camp is CAD $525
Note: There is only 6 spaces available on each camp,
so book early to avoid disappointment!!
These sessions can be added using your myseason control
panel. It will also be confirmed by email. If you have
any questions with regards to what you will be learning
please email direct at info@seasonaires.com
