The 4th ensuite bedroom is situated above the double garage, and has outside access only. There are 4 double bedrooms with 2 queen and 2 king beds (one of which can be made in to 2 singles). We can put in an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms but there is to be a maximum of 8 people. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites. There is an extra bathroom with bath and separate toilet in the main house. The house has all modern amenities. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ TV, video, DVD, washing machine and drier, phone, broadband, large outdoor deck area.
