The Pink House is THE place to stay when doing a season in Les Arcs.

It is a large detached house and guest accommodation is on the 1st and 2nd floors, with 7 guest bedrooms, a large kitchen, 4 bathrooms/2 WC, board/ski storage, 1 large lounge, dining room, outside deck and a lovely big garden with a BBQ. It is originally a French home (so still has a few french quirks about it) but it has been continuously upgraded over the last 8 years from guests feedback, to provide the ultimate season base.
It has all your home comforts to make your stay even more enjoyable including all the main Sky channels, washing machine and dryer and wireless broadband, log fire place
The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel cooker, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster and all the kitchen crockery and utensils you could need!
The house is ideally situated just minutes from the town centre, 3 large supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as internet cafes, a gym, skate park, cinema, swimming pool and even a McDonalds! The benefits of living in Bourg St Maurice are huge with your living expenses almost halved, and you have all the amenities of a real town. Its only 1400m to the funiculaire, which runs every 20 minutes and takes just 7 minutes to reach the Cachette chair lift in 1600.
Many pros have spent their seasons in Bourg St Maurice inc Danny Wheeler, Mark Kent, Si Brass to name but a few. Also make sure you take the time to explore the assault course, park, tennis courts and table tennis tables you will find in the woods in Bourg. If you love it and want to stay on for the summer to Mountain bike speak to your host.

located on the main floor this bathroom has a large bath and wash basin. Newly repainted for 06/07 for a fresh clean feel. Open the window and lay back in the big bath and watch the steam rise. Has a shower attachment for rinsing but NOT a shower |

Newly renovated July 2009. This bedroom located on the main floor sleeps 2 comfortably and is very spacious. Set up for a couple with King size bed and memory foam mattress means your bed will be calling your name..

Bedroom 2
This bedroom has been completely renovated July 2009. Fully repainted and with brand new flooring this room is fantastic. Comfortably sleeping two in 2 single beds with new mattresses. It has built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and large patio doors opening onto the south facing balcony for lots of sun. Good access to the main bathrooms. |

Bedroom 3
Renovated Dec 2008 with all new flooring and reapinted throughout. This room comfortably sleeps three people, in 3 single beds. It has hanging storage and chest of drawers. Also has a towel rail heater on a thermostat.
New for 2011 two HUGE Velux windows with blackout blinds have been installed, makes the room feel so light and airy and even bigger than it did. |

Bedroom 4
Newly Renovated Dec 2008. Located on the top floor this awesome room sleeps two with 2 single bed setup. Has lots of space and good access to upper bathroom. Clothes hanging and chest of draws. Huge Velux lets in loads of light and offers amazing views.

Bedroom 5
Located on top floor, this light room was redecorated for 2008/2009. New flooring, all new paint.

Bedroom 6
Newly Renovated Dec 2008 with new flooring and repainted throughout. Located on top floor, an exact mirror to bedroom 4, this room is set up for two adults using two singles setup. It has a freestanding wardrobe and chest of draws with vanity mirror. Electric towel rail with a thermostat finshes the room of.
New for 2011 this room now has a Huge Velux window with blackout blind making it so much lighter and bigger feeling. |

Newly renovated in December 200. Now has 3 single beds, 2 chest of draws and freestanding wardrobe, great views out of the back of the house and its own en-suite with toilet and sink.

Newly renovated July 2009 and kitted out with a large kitchen. Based on feedback we have doubled the size of the kitchen. Stainless oven and four ring gas burner with stainless steel hood, Microwave, kettle, toaster and all basic cooking utensils. Open plan to the dining area and with a large covered balcony eating area it is a very communal kitchen/diner. |

Living Room
Reapinted and new floor in July 2009. This is the lounge for relaxing after an evening meal and socialisng and chatting with your friends. Huge corner sofa, with additional 3 seat sofa and armchair. Large patio doors let in lots of light and a Log fire place makes for a warm cozy relaxing room. |
