The Pink House is THE place to stay when doing a season in Les Arcs. It is a large detached house with 6 guest bedrooms, a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms/ board/ski storage room, 1 large lounge, room and a lovely big garden with a BBQ. It is originally a French home (so still has some french quirks about it) but it has been continuously upgraded over the last 7 years from guests feedback, to provide the ultimate season base.
It has all your home comforts to make your stay even more enjoyable including all the main Sky channels, washing machine and dryer and wireless broadband.
The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel cooker, oven, gas hobs, microwaves, toasters and all the kitchen crockery and utensils you could need!
The house is ideally situated just minutes from the town centre, 3 large supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as internet cafes, a gym, skate park, cinema, swimming pool and even a McDonaldβs! The benefits of living in Bourg St Maurice are huge with your living expenses almost halved, and you have all the amenities of a real town. It's only 1400m to the funiculaire, which runs every 20 minutes and takes just 7 minutes to reach the Cachette chair lift in 1600.
Many pro's have spent their seasons in Bourg St Maurice inc Danny Wheeler, Mark Kent, Si Brass to name but a few. Also make sure you take the time to explore the assault course, park, tennis courts and table tennis tables you will find in the woods in Bourg. If you love it and want to stay on for the summer to Mountain bike speak to your host.

Newly renovated in Dec 2008. This bathroom has a very clean, spa like look. It has underfloor heating, large quadrant shower, toilet and washbasin. Located next to the Ski/Board room. Is a communal bathroom ideal for freshening up after a day on the slopes. |

Located on top floor. Newly renovated in Dec 2008. A very spa like design with black slate tiles with underfloor heating and recessed lighting. This has a large luxurious 120cm shower, toilet and wash basin with vanity mirror. |

Bedroom 1
newly renovated Oct 2006. This bedroom located off of the media room on the ground floor sleeps 2 comfortably. Set up with two single beds, chest of draws and vanity mirror. New flooring and walls and a large wardrobe. Large window with french style wooden shutters. |

Renovated Dec 2008 with all new flooring and reapinted throughout. This room comfortably sleeps three people, in 3 single beds. It has hanging storage and chest of drawers. Also has a towel rail heater on a thermostat. |

Newly Renovated Dec 2008. Located on the top floor this awesome room is suitable for a double or twin setup. Has lots of space and good access to upper bathroom. Clothes hanging and chest of draws. Huge Velux lets in loads of light and offers amazing views. |

Located on top floor, this clean room was redecorated for 2008/2009. New flooring, all new paint.

Kitchen
Newly redecorated and kitted out for 08/09 season. Based on feedback we have doubled the size of the kitchen. Installed underfloor heating. Installed all professional grade stainles steel work surfaces and a twin full size sink. Twin oven and five ring gas burner with stainless steel hood. Microwave, kettle, toaster and all basic cooking utensils. Bistro style tables and chairs make it a very communal kitchen/diner. |

Located on the ground floor, just of the kitchen. This walk in professional style larder has all stainless steel shelving to keep food fresh and a second fridge. |

Lounge - Internet Area
Part of the newly renovated lounge area is a internet workbench for laptops. With plenty of plugs for power, all your internet surfing can be done in comfort. Wireless ADSL internet is beamed throughout the house. |

Brand new for 06/07 season this huge living area has been set up with 64cm wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player, X-Box and Sky TV. 2x Large corner sofa compliments the decoration. A great room for hanging out in, watching a group film or some SKY TV |
