Two double bedrooms (one can be converted to twins if required) and one large single bedroom (ideal for an office with views towards Mont Blanc and the Bossons Glacier), plus bathroom with bath, and sink, separate wc and an extra shower room. Small garden and the view is of Mont Blanc (of course- what else?) Stereo, ski rack and large basement for storage. Parking for two vehicles immediately outside. Washing machine. Charges are extra but the price is superb for something so close to the centre of Morzine, map reference: I7. Close to supermarket, navettes and equidistant from the Pleney and SuperMorzine lifts (approx 600m although you can ski back to closer than that!!
